Nicole Richie is reportedly working out a few problems with her therapist - one of which seems to involve her mother Brenda Harvey-Richie. A source claims that while tiny socialite has been making regular visits to her therapist, she has not visited her mom in the hospital. "Brenda was in the hospital," says the source. "She had a hysterectomy, and Nicole hasn't visited her since. The two have not been getting along lately." Richie's rep had no comment.
